Our data commitments
Your numbers describe how your IT and ServiceNow operations run. Here is how we protect them, how long we keep them, and how you stay in control.
We never sell or share your data
Your answers, findings and reports are not sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing. We don't use advertising trackers.
Never public, never used for AI
Your value cases are never published. The calculator uses written rules, not AI: your data is not sent to AI services and is not used to train AI models.
Only you and your team
Only you and the teammates you invite can open your value cases. ValueNow staff look at them only when you ask us for support, or when needed to keep the service running.
Protected sign-in
Every account uses two-step sign-in with an authenticator app. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in readable form, and all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
Card details stay with Stripe
Payments are handled by Stripe. ValueNow never sees or stores your card number.
Stored in the United States
The calculator and its database run on servers in the United States.
How long we keep your data
- While your plan is running: your value cases are saved to your account as you work.
- After your plan ends: your cases turn read-only and we keep them for 12 months. You can sign in, open them and read them at any time in that period.
- Before anything is deleted: we email you 30 days and 7 days before the 12 months are up.
- Keep everything: buy any plan before then, and your cases stay. You can copy an old case into your new plan to update its numbers.
- After 12 months with no plan: your value cases are deleted permanently. We can't recover them after that.
You stay in control
- Download any time: once your findings are confirmed, download the scorecard (PDF), executive deck (PowerPoint) and executive report (Word) and keep them yourself.
- Delete any time: delete a value case from My value cases. Deleted cases are removed permanently within 30 days.
- Close your account: contact us and we will delete your account and your value cases. We keep payment records only as tax and accounting rules require.
