Privacy notice
ValueNow is a division of Sage Choice, LLC. This notice describes how we use information submitted through this website and through our apps, the Value Leakage Calculator and the IT and ServiceNow Maturity Assessment. Last updated October 22, 2026.
Consulting inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, company, area of interest, and message. We use it to respond to your request and discuss our services. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Newsletter
Newsletter signup, when available, is optional. We use the email address you provide to send the updates you request. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option.
Orders and payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details directly; ValueNow never sees or stores card numbers. We receive the information needed to record your order, such as your name, email, company, the plan you bought, and the payment status. Do not submit payment card details through the inquiry form.
App accounts and your data
To use our apps you create an account with your email address, name, and company name. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and every account uses two-step sign-in with an authenticator app. The answers, comments, findings, and reports you enter (your Customer Data) are visible only to you and the teammates or participants you invite. ValueNow staff access them only when you ask us for support, or when needed to keep the service running. We never sell or share your data, never use it for marketing, and never make it public. We send account, security, plan, and data-retention emails; these are not marketing.
AI features
The Value Leakage Calculator does not use AI; your data is not sent to AI services. The Maturity Assessment offers optional AI comment suggestions that the assessment owner can turn off: when used, the text of a comment you dictate is sent to our AI provider to suggest a tidied-up version, without names or email addresses. Your data is not used to train AI models.
How long we keep app data
We keep your app data while your plan is active and for 90 days after it ends, with email reminders 30 and 7 days before deletion. After that it is permanently deleted. You can delete your data sooner or ask us to delete your account. See Our data commitments for details.
Website and app services
This website runs on WordPress and is hosted by SiteGround. The Value Leakage Calculator is hosted by Hostinger in the United States, and the Maturity Assessment runs on the Zite app platform. These providers process technical information needed to operate, secure, and deliver the services. We use essential cookies for sign-in, security, forms, and checkout, and no advertising trackers.

We use submitted information to provide the requested service and administer our business. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email info@valuenow-llc.com or contact us through the inquiry form and select Other. Our Terms of Use also apply to the apps.
